Undergarment Policy
For your comfort and privacy during treatment, we kindly ask that clients arrive wearing appropriate undergarments. Please note that we do not provide disposable or single-use underwear for any of our services.
Clients who choose not to wear underwear may still receive treatment, and towels or draping will be provided to ensure proper coverage and comfort throughout the service.
By booking your appointment, you acknowledge and understand that disposable undergarments are not provided by our spa. If you have any questions regarding treatment attire, please contact us prior to your appointment.

Booking & Arrival
- Arrive 5 mins early for preparation.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
- Online booking is highly recommended.
Health & Age
- Notify us of allergies or health conditions.
- Minors (under 16) must be accompanied.
- Therapist conduct guidelines are strictly enforced.
Cancellations
- 24-hour notice required for rescheduling.
- Late cancellations incur a 50% service fee.
- Refunds take 5-7 business days to process.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Must be presented at check-in.
- Valid for services and retail items.
